Privacy notice

The quote form collects a name, an email and a project description; this page explains where they go. Training data, prompts and model outputs never reach us, and the form has no file upload.

Who runs RLHF Companies

RLHF Companies (rlhfcompanies.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.

RLHF Companies is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local vendor, who pays us for the introduction.

Data we receive from you

When you use the quote form we collect:

  • your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
  • the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
  • your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

What it is used for

We use your details to find a local vendor who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Who gets to read the brief

Your details go to:

  • the vendor we name to you, and only after you agree
  • the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Retention

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will answer within the time state law allows, which is 45 days at most.

Analytics, no ad cookies

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you live in a US state with a privacy law

Because vendors can pay RLHF Companies for introductions, a handful of state laws class forwarding your details to one as a "sale" or "share". One email, or the opt-out page linked below, stops that, and we keep a dated record of every opt-out.

Where those laws apply to you, copies, corrections and deletion are yours to request at no cost. Ads are never aimed at you using these details. This site is for people at work and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Consent records

US rules on calls, texts and email allow complaints long after the event, so a record of your agreement stays on file for half a decade: the email or number, timestamp, IP address, page and wording you agreed to. The rest of your brief follows the normal deletion schedule.

About the introduction fee

RLHF Companies earns money only from introductions: a vendor can pay once an introduction becomes work. Teams sending briefs are never charged, and payment plays no part in which vendor is suggested.
